Tasks: to rescue puppies who rolled down from the hill behind our house, take care of them and give those injured treatment and lastly, send back to their mom
Number of puppies rescued: 7
Worst senario/s: A puppy which was cut by the bulb wires while rolling down but it ended up died because of the countless maggots inside its body despite washing its wounds and catching numerous maggots when we first saw it. It only managed to survive for few days...
Successful rescue/s: A puppy stuck onto the bulb wires halfway through rolling down. Took us 2 hours to rescue it. It had small holes like bee's hives around its stomach and again there were maggots inside. But this time, it managed to survive until today and its 'holes' were all recovered. We have now sent back to its mother but looks like we have to take it back, seeing the mom already left the place or can no longer recognize her daughter after missing it for a long time.
Result: Out of 7 children, 2 died, 4 successfully followed their mom and should be much much fatter and bigger now, 1 remained abandoned (still crying out for her mom).

Rose Chong- A very extremely dedicated mother who is willing to sacrifice her house chores to feed them every 3 hours! Rescued most of the puppies

Some looked fatter because some were given back to their mom, and rolled back again few days later. And the difference was few days' breastfeeding.
This wasn't the first time we found living creatures on our drain behind our house. It was as though they dropped from heaven. Last time we had a really huge tortoise rolling down from the hill, we suspect, and landing on our drain. It is miraculously alive till today in our ridiculously dirty green pond. It is also now the King of the Pond being the biggest in there.
Now, came rolling down 7 puppies... almost daily! It kept us busy throughout the week... we nearly ended up as full time nurses. I wonder what's next rolling down... can it be money?? ^^
Part time nurses' schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Penny Chong (since she is damn free ever since she quit her job and preparing to further her studies in Taiwan, she said the puppies came just right on time...) and Rose Chong (she nearly abandon her house chores because of them, 24/7 taking care of them)
Monday - Friday 6pm - 10pm
Jensen Chong (since he is only free at night)
Weekends
Taken turns by Rose Chong, Me, Wey Lok and Tuan King (it's a must for him, don't care!)
Now that they are all back to their mom, we wonder how big they are now...

i tot if puppy was touched by another ppl, the mom will abandon the puppy because the puppy's body not longer have the mommy's smell on the puppy's body d...dont meh? or cats only do like this?
cats like this de meh?? i tot only hamsters..but no wor d mom is now taking care of the 4 children..except d injured one..cause i think we gave back too late d or mayb its body got d medicine smell so mayb she cant recognize liao... and we're now d puppy's new mothersssss..dunno is a good thing or bad...
only cats do that le... Lol. reminds me of Laura's incident. got stray cats ran into her room and gave birth under the bed. LOL. super LOL.

I think i'll get a dog one day when I work.. the other day when terrence brought Toby back and everyone went pak tor, i was left with the dog. so we look at each other a few times. den when i let him out the cage, he came and kacau me which was irritating but ended up sleeping on my lap when i was watching movie ;) Yeah. That was his only moment that I think is cute.

and Laura's case was a scary one..my goodness, imagine just borned bloody kittens under my bed....
and we're not bela-ing them..they're too young to leave their mom...we gave them all back to where they belong and they're now long gone..for good...
