Reunion dinner...

My mom was so busy decorating the house, buying more and more plants and flowers...she spent around a few hundreds just for the plants...if u want to come my house for 'bai nian' you'll find that my house is becoming more and more 'greenish'


She even wants my kakak to decorate the plant...

By the way, the reason being my house was so nicely decorated is because my mom is expecting friends to come over to 'bai nian'. So, please don't waste her effort. Drop by my house today and collect your 'ang pau' :)

Cooking Session

The 3 of us thought of cooking lunch for my aunt from Taiwan and my yi po since they treat us all the time.

Seriously, it's tasty... and guess what, pizza ain't that difficult to make after all!


He took almost 2 hours just for this!


But it was the nicest salad he'd ever made...


Oh well, if I were given marks, definitely I get zero for my presentation/ decoration


All in all the food were good but there was still leftovers and as mentioned in my previous post, my brother has to finish the remaining food all by himself for punishment...treat it as a buffet bro!

Korean Food

2nd time here at some Korean restaurant somewhere in Mont Kiara with my family during cny. Ok, I forgotten the name of the restaurant, my bad...


Korean's spicy noodle, in Mandarin called 'la4 mian'. Too bad I was having sore throat and only tasted a bit...but it was really warm and tasty :)

Crazy Card Game

1st of all happy 'niu' year everyone...

I'm having bad sore throat since last week till now. I took medicine, recovered, eat cny food (u know la those biscuits and dried pork etc), take medicine again, half recovered, eat again and the process has been on going the same these few days..It's torturing u know? How can u ever resist the temptation of not having any lovely cny food???

Anyway, my 2 siblings, Hua Ling gugu and I got addicted to playing cards since yesterday...

Hua Ling gugu was the one started off with losers get punished by playing card games. She was over desperately needing massage I guess... Anyway, we played '7' the first round and the punishment was the 2 losers have to massage the 2 winners for 5 minutes. 1st round wasn't a satisfying result to my gugu, and the game goes on until she was satisfied with the result and the massage duration kept on increasing.

We changed game from time to time, changed punishment (heavy ones and light ones), cursed people, but we just can't stop taking revenge at one another...

Anyway here goes the list of punishment:
Bro- finish all remaining lunch food on the table before 3pm. (the 3 of us cook lunch for our beloved gugu and yi po this afternoon and we cook quite a lot! Enough for 8 or more people and we only had 6 and a half? Kaden is considered half...so the remaining food was quite a lot. Enough for a filling meal-3 pieces of pizza, a bowl of pasta and salad, and also a few cups of fruit punch...anyway we decided to give some mercy for my bro, he can keep it for dinner or next day's breakfast. He got very scared of big portion food after that...thank goodness it wasn't me, I'd rather lose money than to finish all the food)
- run 7 rounds around my house (he suggested that and he got the punishment!)
- treat my sis to watch movie
- bath Kaden!!! (but then my bro had fun bathing him, cause Kaden's kakak bathed him and all my bro needed to do was to play with him... =.=)
- send Kaden and gugu home (which ended up everyone followed, so it's kind of a stupid punishment, and yes, suggested by me)
and stupid bro need not massage ANYONE...

Sis- massage my bro and gugu, total 37 mins (hahaha, 3 minutes more than me...)
and that was the only punishment she gets...so unfair!!!

gugu- massage my bro 5 minutes
- act as a lion dance in my house's front gate (this was simply suggested by her and she got it back unexpecting herself to lose, but she said there wasn't any time limit so she plan to do it next year...we objected of course!)
- feed Kaden dinner (which she kept finding excuses for it..poor Kaden, the victim again)
- treat my bro,sis and I ice-cream tomorrow!! :)
- treat me for movie (but she said she'll treat me on Ben 10 =.=)

Poor old me...
I've to massage all 3 of them and in total 34 minutes of massage (after 25 minutes of massage, I dozed off immediately, feeling so tired and I dunno why...and worst, me get NO MASSAGE AT ALL!!!)
I've to feed Kaden lunch which I did already (this was stupidly suggested by me)
I've to become my aunt's stupid lion dance's PARTNER!!! Which means she becomes the head, I beome the tail...funny eh? (I suddenly supported her idea of postponing it to next year...)
I've to give my bro an angpau (this was also suggested by me, but I kind of cheated la, I put tangerine's skin in it instead of real money, hahaha but he didn't bother!)
I've to arrange back Kaden's stupid toys and they were laying all over the place and the play dough started to attract ants, anyway, such a dumb thing was suggested by the 'smart' me again...

And WORST punishment of all times...

I suggested that the loser CANNOT eat any cny food including soft drinks tomorrow throughout the whole day...

Sadly,
I was the loser for the round.
Which means the end of the world.
Which means tomorrow is meaningless.
Which means I've to started keeping all the CNY food to a place so that no one can tempt me or finish them in front of me.
Or
I can finish them today...

I ended up eating a lot again today and now what, I'm left with a real bad sore throat that I do not even wanna talk... T.T and to make things worse, gugu said ice-cream is also cny food. As long as the food is sweet, it's considered cny food..wth...Never mind, I treat tomorrow as a day to recover and rest my throat. I shall be back again on Saturday!!!

Sigh, so many undone punishmentsssss... probably it's a curse for me cause whenever I suggested a punishment, it goes back to me.. is that how my CNY is going to be???

No wonder i'm tired...

Ok, I lost my license...

I went to make a new one yesterday...I got a number myself but the lady asked me to photocopy my ic before I proceed upstairs. After photocopying, I went up and it was quite crowded. I saw the numbering on call was 80 numbers away from mine. But then the numbering was fast, it was like 5 or 6 numbers calling at one go. So I thought, maybe fifteen minutes away from my turn, so I will wait...

Half way through waiting, I was thinking to myself whether I need a photo of myself prepared or will they snap my picture as I remembered you don't have to for MyKad. They snap for you in order to keep track of your details. Anyway, after a round of observation, I saw no photos snapping section and also not even a camera.

So, I went off and asked and yes, I was right, I need to prepare my own picture. I went next door, paid rm13, and get my ugly pictures quickly and ran back again. I had a feeling my turn was over, and yes, the next thing was I got a new number as told and this time, 100 numbers away from mine. Exactly 100... calling number was 319 and mine was 419.

Great! Now what? Queue again?! In this hot place? Anyway, yeah, I waited for another 30 minutes...30 minutes, I went daydreaming and dare not leave the place again...

But the system was fast as I asked, "How long will it take for my license to be ready?"
"1 minute from now?..."

And to my surprise, it was freaking fast. And if it wasn't for the photos, I could have went home 1 hour ago and have a nice nap...And I actually don't have to take photos and waste the money, I had snapped before but left it at home.

Anyway, losing documents like MyKad, license etc, you wouldn't think money is an issue, you will think the procedure that is an issue.

At the end of the day I console myself with, "I think my license expired already, so have to renew anyway..." and "my previous license picture was really ugly, it's time for me to 'improvise my license'..."

Ah Mei's concert...

I was as if in Zhang Hui Mei's concert yesterday night...
I was the only audience, but it was good and a rare opportunity.
3 hours of great singing and all I needed to do was to sit there and enjoy...

Ok, it's sad to say, I'm considered the only being left in KL celebrating CNY? Okla, still got Benji, Nick, Poh Ling and, and, a few more but MOST left...I can say, I see them leaving one by one, day by day.. here goes the list!

Exhausting week

I slept
5 hours on Wednesday,
4 hours on Thursday and...
3 hours yesterday...
My sleeping hours did not exceed 7 hours this week.
I'll be heading off to bed soon tho it's 12 noon...
cause I've been busy keeping in touch with friends who I've been neglecting when I was busy with my dodgeball
firends who I missed most basically...

I thought I finally get to rest and I should since I haven't recover fully from my sore throat and coughing. And it's painful if I were to sick during CNY which means no Shandy, no dried pork, no biscuits, no kuih, no tangerines!!!!!
I thought... but CNY is 2 days away and my aunt from Taiwan came back since last Monday. She's still angry with me I guess as I did not make any effort in accompanying her. Anyway, I know what I am doing and I know there's plenty of time for me to accompany her. She'll be here till next month anyway.

Tiring but this week was a satisfying week. I managed to keep in touch with quite a lot of friends. I don't know if most of them will be free again after CNY, so it was a crazily packed outing week but all were worthy.

Anyway, I was surprised that I didn't online since Monday, which was almost a week! It was amazing when I checked my mails, busy replying all. I can die without onlining for more than 2 days. And that kept me away from blogging for a week? Or longer than that? No wonder all my readers are moving away to other blogs. Most probably Angeline's blog?

Updates from me to you...

I'm still awake at this late hour is because I am busy doing my dodgeball stuff and also my stupid internship report. I designed a poster to promote my club's competition and it took me hours to finish... I ended up sleeping as late as Yang who is still not done with her report...kesian her


The reason being why I hardly update my blog was because after 2 months of stay in Damansara, I am still busy. I need to hibernate though I seriously failed to do so, managed to sleep max 9 hours and that was like only for a day. Anyway, after hibernation, obviously I spent much of my time with my family. Christmas, new year... all with family and I can't believe me staying at home for almost 5 days! No wonder my skin is rotting... Other than that, what I did was to play, hang out, play, chill, play, relax... nothing much just sang k, yamcha, play badminton, sang k again, hang out with friends, talk crap, play futsal... So, now u understand why I still can't sleep cause of the amount of works undone... Anyway currently I'm focusing on my dodgeball, so I'll be busy again.. and no more blogging often, so... other updates I will blog whenever I'm free. But please bare with me for the outdates (opposite of updates) XD

Ok time for bed, my consultant passed my design, off to dreamland!!! Quite looking forward to later in the afternoon, get to see people who has been mia for 2 months and also time for my EVALUATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WISH ME LUCK!!
