Clerk --> Secretary --> Personal Assistant --> Very Personal Assistant --> Boss' second wife 'yi lai' --> Boss' 'dai po' (official wife)
If you're more ambitious, then go for a divorce and get a richer boss! You can continuously get promoted by getting richer and richer boss...
